He has extensive expertise in founding and developing charities and nonprofit organisations. In September 2008, Mark founded the Freedom Community Project and successfully grew it into a sustainable organisation dedicated to supporting people living in poverty. Alongside the charity, Mark established a nonprofit business to generate income for the organisation. This venture has flourished, now operating a soft play facility, property holdings, and a charity shop. Mark is passionate about encouraging charities to think beyond traditional methods and explore creative strategies for long-term sustainability.

Mohammad is a strategy and governance consultant with over eight years of experience working across B2B enterprise, fintech, and family-owned businesses in India and the UK.
As Director at W R Lindgren, he works at the intersection of strategy, structure and succession — helping Indian family-run businesses transition from legacy-driven operations to professionally governed, growth-oriented enterprises. He specialises in working with first- and second-generation promoters navigating scale, complexity and professionalisation, bringing institutional thinking into entrepreneurial ecosystems without diluting the founder’s vision.
